Fueling issues due to the stock fuel tank design are now over! Our bolt-in fuel cells provide the means by which to eek every bit of power out of your 2nd generation DSM without having to worry about fuel starvation.

Many of you 2g owners may have run into the familiar problems associated with the factory fuel tanks. The saddle design of the stock tank just won't cut it in high horsepower applications without tons of problems.  Here's where our fuel cell comes into play...

  • We've eliminated the entire driver's side of the fuel tank so there is no more siphon nonsense to deal with. In doing this, we have still been able to retain a 10 gallon capacity.
  • Next, we added a sump to ensure no fuel starvation even under the most extreme acceleration and cornering G's. Extensive internal baffling does keeps fuel slosh to a minimum while not degrading in corrosive fuels like typical fuel cell foam (Both E85 as well as oxegenated fuels such as Q16 are known to do this).
  • Lastly, we made this entire package bolt in to factory locations underneath the vehicle while retaining the stock fill neck. No more hassling around with custom mounting universal fuel cells only to end up with a 15 minute chore every time you need to fill up your street car at the local Sunoco.

With the optional sending unit flange, you'll be able to retain usability of the factory fuel level gauge. Aftermarket sending unit flanges are available upon request.

Internal coating is available to keep E85 corrosion at bay.
